PaViVET
PaViVET
Imagine vocational training in which every student, regardless of their abilities, can be the protagonist of their own learning, tell their story, and showcase their talent. This is what PaViVET seeks: to improve the digital competence, autonomy, and employability of students with special needs through a participatory and transformative methodology.
Our proposal is clear and powerful: teach by creating. Through the personal production of educational resources—especially short, simple videos that explain real-life work processes—we help each student develop their digital skills, gain confidence, and better prepare for the world of work. Based on a detailed analysis of the necessary skills, we train and support a core group of facilitators and catalysts who will multiply this methodology and make it available to more people.
Participate in this pioneering initiative led by Fundeun, entities such as CIDA, DG Vocational Training and Special Regime Education of the Generalitat Valenciana, the vocational training center Spesia Vocational College (Finland), SoWiBeFo, KJF werkstäten (Germany) as well as related interest groups in the field of Vocational Training.
On this page, you'll discover how we're making it happen. In the Key Activities tab, you can explore the project's actions and stages—from initial research to pilot experiences and international events—and in the Results and Products tab, you'll find the materials created, videos made by students, and the impact we're already achieving.
PaViVET isn't just a project: it's a movement to build a more inclusive, participatory, and future-connected Vocational Training system.
